Full disclosure: I'm a co-founder of Pitchroom, so take everything below with an appropriately large grain of salt. Pitchroom has become the tool I wish I'd had the first time I raised a round. It pulls together the things that used to live across five different tabs, your pitch deck, your data room, investor tracking, and advisor relationships,into one place that actually makes sense. The data room in particular stands out. It's not just a shared Google Drive folder dressed up with a logo; it has proper access control, folder-level context for investors, and engagement analytics that tell you who looked at what and for how long. That kind of visibility used to be reserved for expensive enterprise tools. The Investor Intelligence side is where the platform earns its keep during an active raise. Knowing when an investor has revisited your deck three times changes how you follow up, it removes a lot of the guesswork that makes fundraising feel like shouting into a void. Is it perfect? No. There are rough edges, features we haven't shipped yet, and moments where the UX asks a bit too much of the user. But for an early-stage founder running a seed or Series A process, it genuinely reduces the chaos. Again I built this, so I'm hardly objective. But I do use it myself, and that's probably the most honest endorsement I can offer.
